Okay, quick blog, I have not been keeping up these past few days, but somehow I have found the time to post number 6 of my top 10 80s music countdown; and coming in at number 6 is the Safety dance. Do you know the Safety Dance?

7. Cameo – Candy
This song is border-lining old school but is from the same era non-the-less. This video could not be embedded onto my blog page, so you will have to click the youtube link to watch. I find this video to be extremely comical, but I like it, and I love the song. I don’t think there has been an old school jam I have been to yet that has not had this song on their rotation. The highlight of this video? His red patent-leather jock strap I would have to say (lol, kidding). Happy listening!
8. Patrick Swayze – She’s like the Wind
Okay, my error. This does not really constitute as retro, but how could I not include this song in the 80s top ten??? This song is an 80s classic. Patrick Swayze is one dude who can sing and act. Can’t say the same for many (clear throat).
9. The Clash – Rock the Casbah
The Clash, an awesome retro group from the 80s…this happens to be my favorite hit by the Clash. This is a song I can listen to over and over and over again.
